📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.,Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to address them.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.,Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.,Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.,Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and budgets.,Train and mentor junior engineers and project staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to contribute effectively to the project.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.,Several years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using project management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
