🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in education, business, or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in project management, program development, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the graduate landscape and the challenges faced by young professionals in Asia.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
