📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for daily operations.,Schedule and monitor vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing to prevent downtime.,Track and analyze fleet performance metrics, such as fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle utilization.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify and address any issues promptly.,Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, including maintenance logs, fuel consumption, and vehicle usage.,Support the procurement process for fleet vehicles and related equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Ability to travel for business purposes as required.
