Market Zone Berjaya is looking for an experienced Lead HR Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing our human resources department, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and fostering a positive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop the HR department, including recruitment, training, and employee development programs.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate records of employee data.,Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with the company's goals and objectives.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.,Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and provide HR solutions.,Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance procedures.,Oversee the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Experience in managing employee relations and conflict resolution.,Fluency in English is a plus.
