📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Manage a team of sales consultants, providing guidance and support.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on market trends.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
