📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong relationships with ophthalmologists, optometrists, and eye care clinics.
• Promote Meiji's ophthalmic products through educational presentations, product demonstrations, and one-on-one consultations.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the ophthalmology sector.
• Monitor competitor activities and market share to inform strategic planning.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets and market penetration goals.
• Provide regular reports on market activities, sales performance, and customer feedback.
• Participate in trade shows, medical conferences, and other industry events to enhance brand visibility.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in medical representation, pharmaceutical sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to educate and influence doctors and other healthcare providers.
• Strong understanding of ophthalmology and the eye care market.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar tools.
