📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons for Kindergarten students, focusing on early literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional learning.
• Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
• Assess and monitor students' progress, providing feedback and support to help them reach their full potential.
• Collaborate with other educators, parents, and community members to ensure the holistic development of each child.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education, attending workshops, conferences, and training sessions as needed.
• Utilize educational technology and resources, such as interactive whiteboards, educational apps, and online learning platforms, to enhance the learning experience.
• Promote a positive and supportive classroom culture that fosters respect, cooperation, and creativity.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' academic and developmental progress, in accordance with school policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching Kindergarten or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators.
• Creative and innovative approach to teaching and learning.
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent qualification, preferably from Indonesia.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
