📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting sales consultations with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster long-term loyalty.,Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.,Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring adequate stock is available for customers.,Participating in store promotions, events, and sales campaigns to drive sales growth.,Training and mentoring junior sales consultants to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Excellent knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Familiarity with sales software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to travel and work in different retail locations if required.
