📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in succession planning or talent development.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
