As a Training Officer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives,Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees, including conducting interviews and training new hires,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Provide support and guidance to employees on various topics, such as company policies and procedures,Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans for employees

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a related role,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other training software,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture,Familiarity with HRIS and LMS systems is a plus,Ability to travel to different locations within Bali as needed
