📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Design and conduct training workshops, seminars, and webinars.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future initiatives.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized programs.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's learning and development strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies, assessment tools, and learning technologies.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with HRIS and other relevant software.,Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
