📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and leading a team of employees.,Coordinate daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and training as needed.,Delegate tasks and ensure they are completed on time and to the required standard.,Maintain a positive and productive work environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of team goals and objectives.,Handle employee relations and resolve any issues that may arise.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures is a plus.,Ability to work collaboratively with other departments.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred.
