Oversee and manage branch operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Lead and mentor branch staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor and analyze branch financial performance, providing regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and procedures.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects to support business growth.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing branch operations and teams.,Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Knowledge of financial management and reporting is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
