📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the overall management and operation of the health center,Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the quality of services,Manage and motivate a team of healthcare professionals,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards,Manage the financial performance and budget of the health center,Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners,Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement,Represent the health center at community events and meetings

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management,Proven track record of successfully managing healthcare organizations,Strong leadership and communication skills,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
