📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process by managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.,Support the purchasing department in ordering and receiving goods and services.,Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.,Monitor supplier performance and provide feedback to improve procurement processes.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.,Assist in preparing and analyzing procurement reports and data.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance procurement skills.,Support the procurement team in achieving cost savings and efficiency improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement principles and practices.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
