📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned area, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of Area Managers to deliver exceptional guest experiences.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence.,Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.,Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to maintain high standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and service delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
