📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and training and development.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts.,Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.,Represent the company in HR-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
