PT Ekspresi Teknologi is looking for a Lead HR Officer to join our team in Medan, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a passion for helping employees grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee performance and engagement.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and disputes.,Coordinate with management to address HR-related issues.,Oversee training and development programs for employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with performance management and employee engagement strategies.,Ability to lead and mentor HR staff.
