PT Rapid Plast Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production planning and inventory control processes to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and a proven track record in managing production planning and inventory control functions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain production schedules and plans to meet customer demand and company goals.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess inventory.,Coordinate with production, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.,Analyze production data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.,Supervise and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve manufacturing excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning and inventory control roles.,Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices.,Proficient in using production planning and inventory control software.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and practices is a plus.
