📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analyses to determine the skills, knowledge, and abilities required for each position.,Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recommendations for suitable candidates.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with internal teams and external partners.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Providing feedback and guidance to hiring managers on the status of their recruitment needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and other recruitment software.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
