Max Link Indonesia is seeking a talented Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Ensure all vehicles are in safe and operational condition by coordinating with mechanics and service providers.,Oversee the logistics of vehicle deployment, including route planning and driver assignments.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure they are aware of their routes and any specific instructions.,Monitor and report on fleet performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Handle any vehicle-related emergencies or incidents, ensuring they are resolved promptly and safely.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and experience driving various types of vehicles is a plus.
