📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to maintain high standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier relationships.,Handle customer complaints and feedback to improve service quality.,Prepare and present financial reports to management.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage a team and drive sales growth.,Knowledge of inventory management and supplier relations.,Familiarity with POS systems and financial reporting tools.,Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.,Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
