📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
  • Manage and optimize social media platforms to engage with the target audience.
  • Create and edit video content for social media and other marketing channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance using relevant tools and metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Assist in the development of new marketing campaigns and initiatives.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing and sales.
  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms and creating video content.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
