📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.,Manage and mentor a team of store assistants to achieve sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and order restocks as needed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the regional manager to implement store improvement initiatives.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
