📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation.,Write user manuals, guides, and other technical content.,Review and edit technical documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide training and support to internal teams on technical writing best practices.,Contribute to the continuous improvement of our technical documentation processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of software, hardware, or other technical products.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare or Adobe FrameMaker.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
