📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop CNC programs using industry-standard software such as Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar tools.
• Optimize machining parameters to enhance efficiency and reduce production time.
• Collaborate with mold designers to ensure accurate and feasible CNC programming.
• Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot programming issues to maintain high production standards.
• Document all programming processes and maintain a comprehensive record of CNC programs.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in CNC technology and industry best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes.
• Train and mentor junior engineers to build a skilled team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC programming and mold design.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining principles and materials.
• Experience with mold design and production processes.
• Certification in CNC programming or related field is a plus.
