📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the property, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and mentor a team of front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage staff.
• Implement and monitor operational procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process enhancement.
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure seamless integration and coordination of services.
• Ensure the property is well-maintained and meets high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of managing high-end properties and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and guests.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with hospitality management software such as PMS (Property Management System), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
