📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage all accounting functions including financial reporting, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP and company policies.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Conduct regular audits and internal controls to maintain financial accuracy.
• Provide financial support to cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and marketing.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using SAP and Excel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian GAAP and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
