As an Assistant Manager / Manager, Sales Support, your daily tasks will include managing sales support teams, training and mentoring staff, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and sales outcomes. You'll work with CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot to track customer interactions and sales performance, and leverage data analytics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role in the real estate industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing sales support teams and driving sales performance.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Understanding of the local real estate market in Bali is a plus.
