You'll be responsible for overseeing quality control activities, conducting inspections, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee quality control activities, including inspections, testing, and audits.
- Develop and implement quality improvement plans to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address issues in the manufacturing process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Utilize quality management software such as SAP QM or similar tools to track and manage quality data.
- Train and mentor junior staff on quality assurance best practices and procedures.
- Monitor and report on quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 standards and other relevant quality certifications.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on precision manufacturing.
- Certification in quality management systems, such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or similar.
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes, statistical analysis, and data interpretation.
- Experience with quality management software, such as SAP QM or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality standards in the precision manufacturing industry.
