📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement enterprise resilience strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of resilience professionals to ensure the effective execution of resilience plans.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential disruptions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate resilience practices into all business operations.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of resilience initiatives, making data-driven decisions to improve processes.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in enterprise resilience, sharing knowledge with the team.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in disaster management.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and events to promote best practices in enterprise resilience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Disaster Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise resilience, disaster management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing resilience strategies in complex environments.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in using enterprise resilience software such as Resilience Manager, RiskSense, or similar tools.
• Certifications in enterprise resilience, disaster management, or related fields are a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
