Head of Building Services - Mall & Office Tower Management

Aeon Delight Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Building Services to oversee the operational excellence of our premium mall and office tower facilities in Jakarta Selatan. This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring seamless, efficient, and high-quality building services that enhance the tenant experience and operational efficiency. As the Head of Building Services, you will be responsible for managing a team of skilled professionals to deliver exceptional service and maintain the highest standards of facility management.

In this role, you will work closely with the facility management team to develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies, ensuring that all building systems are functioning optimally. You will also be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the building services department, including scheduling maintenance activities, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will drive initiatives to enhance energy efficiency, reduce operational costs, and improve the overall performance of our facilities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the building services department, ensuring all maintenance activities are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies to ensure the optimal functioning of all building systems.
• Manage a team of skilled professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of service delivery.
• Oversee the scheduling of maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to tenant operations.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and audits.
• Drive initiatives to enhance energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Collaborate with the facility management team to improve the overall performance of the facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Building Services, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in building services management, with a proven track record in overseeing large-scale facilities.
• Certification in Facility Management (e.g., RICS, BIFM, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficient in using building management systems (BMS) and maintenance management software (e.g., ServiceMax, IBM Maximo, or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in facility management.
