📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Spearhead strategic property acquisitions and feasibility studies for high-value residential and commercial developments.
• Conduct comprehensive market analyses and identify prime development sites in Pangkal Pinang.
• Oversee end-to-end project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project compliance and quality standards.
• Develop and implement innovative and sustainable development strategies.
• Negotiate with clients, partners, and stakeholders to secure project funding and approvals.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players and local authorities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in property development, with a proven track record in strategic acquisitions and project management.
• In-depth knowledge of the local market in Bangka Belitung, including zoning laws, regulations, and market trends.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
