📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide legal advice and support to the fintech team, ensuring compliance with Indonesian and international financial regulations.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to financial services and technology.
• Conduct due diligence on business partners, vendors, and clients to mitigate legal risks.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in fintech and financial regulations to proactively address legal challenges.
• Assist in the development and implementation of legal strategies to support AlwaysHired's growth and expansion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that legal considerations are integrated into our fintech solutions.
• Represent AlwaysHired in legal matters, both internally and externally, as needed.
• Support the legal team in managing and maintaining compliance documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal role within the fintech or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian and international financial regulations, including but not limited to, OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) guidelines and international financial standards.
• Proficient in using legal research tools and software, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Experience with fintech solutions and technologies, such as digital payments, blockchain, or AI-driven financial services.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
